6 Ways You’ve Embarrassed Yourself in Front of a Crush

Even if you have the skills required to make a move on their object of affection, that doesn’t mean it won’t be a turbulent ride. Sometimes a crush is all about recognizing that the fact that you’re crushing. If it’s a coworker, a friend of a friend, or an acquaintance you keep bumping into (accidentally or intentionally), crushes pop up out of nowhere, lingering as opportunities to be seized. Elegantly, or not.

In their new video “Awkward Moves You Make When You Have A Crush,”  BuzzFeed holds a mirror to the “crusher” and recreates those less-than-perfect interactions that could either lead to a connection or fizzle out. All are relatable, though “The Long Goodbye” stings hard — who hasn’t had that out-the-door conversation that lasted waaaaay tooooooo loooooong (pleasegoinanotherdirectionsparemeohnomygodpleasepleasepleasemakeitstopmakeitstop).

Maybe that’s just me?
