Group 2

Each year, the Hollywood  Foreign Press Association honors the best performances by both our favorite television and film stars at the Golden Globe Awards. There’s no doubt we’ll all be watching (and Twittering all about it) this Sunday night. In addition to the gorgeous gowns, fashion fails, and of course the hilarious hostesses (funny ladies Tina Fey and Amy Poehler) we’ll also be looking for lots of love on the red carpet.

Here are the 20 couples we are most excited to see at this year’s Golden Globes.

Kerry Washington and Nnamdi Asomugha

This could be the year for Kerry Washington to finally win for fan favorite Scandal. There was a slight uproar last year when she lost to Claire Danes, who was snubbed this time around. Washington will be with her sexy NFL hubby who she married in June.

Amy Adams and Darren Le Gallo

Amy Adams will be the darling of the Golden Globes this year. Having been nominated four times before, loads of spectators believe this will be the time for Adams to win big. She and her actor fiance will have to wait at the end night to see if she takes home the trophy for her performance in American Hustle.

Bradley Cooper and Suki Waterhouse

Uber sexy couple alert! Bradley and 22 year-old model Suki have been dating for a year, but this will be the first major award show appearance for them as a couple. She’s a model so she better bring the fashion.

Hayden Panettiere and Wladimir Klitschko

This engaged couple is one of the sexiest and most awkward to behold. Boxer Wladimir is a towering 6′ 6″ frame and Hayden, the best thing on Nashville is 5′ 0″. It’s like looking at a ranch next to a sky scraper.

Iris Elba and Naiyana Garth

These two have been off the radar since they were spotted last November. Naiyana revealed on Twitter that she was pregnant, but then promptly deleted her entire Twitter profile. We hope she shows up to support Iris on his two nominations for Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom and Luther, especially considering we now know what happens when he wears bow ties.

Sofia Vergara and Nick Loeb

Sofia is always the hands down most sexiest woman in the room. This year she’ll be sporting some extra bling as she’s engaged to finance scion Nick Loeb.

Kate Winslet and Ned Rocknroll

Yes, Kate Winslet’s third husband’s last name is Rocknroll. We bet he spends all night at the bar.

Chiwetel Ejiofor and Sari Mercer

Chiwetel Ejiofor is the most talked about actor this award season for his 12 Years a Slave performance, which he is nominated for. We’ll expect to see Chiwetel with this girlfriend Sari Mercer who accompanied him to the film’s premier.

Leonardo DiCaprio and Toni Garrn

It seems like Leo’s had a number of girls on his arm over the past few awards seasons (model Gisele Bunchen, model Bar Refaeli, model Erin Heatherton). Staying true to his pattern, he’ll be with his girlfriend of eight months, Calvin Klein model Toni Garrn. How The Wolf of Wall Street!

Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson

Since they’ve been at every major award show for nearly the last three decades, Tom and Rita are somewhat an iconic celebrity couple. The only thing more predictable is Hanks winning awards. Maybe another one for Captain Phillips?

Liev Schreiber and Naomi Watts

Last year this twosome showed up when Naomi was nominated for her role in The Impossible. This year, the stunning pair will be rooting for Liev who’s nominated for his show Ray Donovan.

Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves

Arguably one of the sexiest couples alive, these two will make us swoon for a solid half hour. We hope Matthew has gained back some of the weight he drastically lost for The Dallas Buyers Club, which earned him a nomination.

Christian Bale and Sibi Blažić

Bale is another critically acclaimed actor who is vying for an additional Globe. He won in 2010 for The Fighter and is nominated this year for American Hustle.

Lena Dunham and Jack Antonoff

Lena and her bf Jack (a member of the band .Fun) have a lot of things to look forward to on Sunday. Her show, Girls, is premiering its fourth season in addition to being nominated. She is also nominated for Best Actress, but she should be nominated for best love letter writer.

Matt Damon and Luciana Barroso

Matt and Luciana are on everyone’s favorite couples list because they are so ridiculously down to earth. There’s nothing like rarity to make us excited. Matt’s lady will be there to root for his nomination for the very gay Behind the Candelabra.

Emma Thompson and Greg Wise

This couple will have the four of the most beautiful eyes on the red carpet. No wigs and period make-up expected for Emma, who is nominated for Saving Mr Banks.

Aaron Paul and Lauren Parsekain

It’s hard to believe this is Paul’s first Golden Globe nomination and Breaking Bad is already over. He’ll share the red carpet with his wife Lauren who he married last May.

Jim Parsons and Todd Spiewak

This adorable couple has been together for over 10 years. The two are normally very private, but after some recent recognition from the gay community, we expect they’ll be arm-in-arm on the red carpet this Sunday.

Julianna Margulies and Keith Lieberthal

Julianna is a fan favorite and has been nominated for The Good Wife consecutively since 2011. Her husband Keith is what we like to call a good husband (and by “good” I mean hot).

Sandra Bullock and George Clooney

They may not “officially” be a couple, but we hope they tease us a little more on Sunday with their overly flirtatious behavior. Both are nominated with the ensemble of Gravity  for which Sandra is also nominated for Best Actress.
