In a city full of actors and models, everyone’s in a permanent state of bikini-readiness. And even those that aren’t use a variety of ways to describe their living and eating habits: crunchy, sustainable, pescetarian, vegan, vegetarian, green. No matter what your food preference, L.A. is pretty accommodating to your needs. There are full-on gourmet options for those who choose to follow diets that are meat-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, organic and/or sustainable.
