On Sunday, an SUV plowed into Leigh and Tim McCall’s dining room. Business as usual. Over the 30 years they’ve lived in their Indianapolis home, 11 out-of-control cars have struck their property. The family blames these accidents on their close proximity to a railroad crossing, which reckless drivers reportedly speed across.
But while moving away would clearly – clearly – seem to be a no-brainer, the McCalls are reluctant to abandon the house in which they married and raised their only son. Instead, they’re asking the city to install a stop sign.
Alternate proposal: move away. Please, move away.
