No Thank You

This Is What a “Love Giggle” Sounds Like.

Katie Perry and John Mayer just released their duet, “Who You Love.”

The track is….fine. But towards the end, Perry lets out what she describes as a spontaneous “love giggle.”

“It’s like the ones that Mariah Carey had in 1990 and stuff like that . . . Yeah I think I was going for that, I think I was just so happy,” she tells MTV.

It’s sort of a nice thought, that falling in love gives you shades of Mariah Carey, but exposing the masses to your love giggle is something that only the very rich and the very famous can get away with without ostracizing their entire community.

If you want to hear for yourself, it happens at around 4:07 of the track.

And if you don’t want to listen right now, let me just tell you, it sounds like someone eating Doritos with their mouth open and then sucking on their fingers to lick all the cheese dust off of them and then rustling around in the bag and then finishing the whole thing off by belching and cracking their knuckles one by one.

That’s what a love giggle sounds like.
