The good people of Pop Chart Lab have put together a rather attractive map of 200 of New York’s “distinguished drinkeries,” organized by category. Looking for a biergarten? A tequila bar? An artisanal cocktail lounge? They’ve got you covered.
As Deadspin rightly point out, the map has a somewhat limited view of New Yorker (it skips over the Bronx, Staten Island, Manhattan above 103rd Street, and large swathes of Brooklyn and Queens), but if you’re on the prowl for new some new and very centrally-located haunts — and really, who isn’t? — this is a pretty great starting place.
