Were you looking for a summer rental property, or perhaps a regular vacation home? You’re in luck, because the Daily Mail reports you can now buy this manor house in Cornwall that belongs to Prince Charles. It comes complete with an ancient castle — Trematon Castle, specifically — and costs a mere $1,419,500.
Unfortunately, potential castle-owners can only purchase a 20-year leasehold on the property, probably for British reasons. However, you can absolutely renew the lease when it expires, or perhaps by then you will be ready to move onto a different royal castle (personally, I have always thought of Trematon as more of a starter castle anyway).
